bylittle is seeking a talented and creative eLearning Specialist (Contract) / Storyline 360 Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Storyline 360 Developer, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive eLearning courses that inspire and educate our clients target audiences. You will be able to work on exciting projects, collaborating with instructional designers, quality assurance specialists, team leads, and a customer success team to create cutting-edge eLearning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work with team lead, senior eLearning developer, and customer success to deliver cutting-edge learning and course content
- Ensure quality and seamless learning experience is reflected in course content
- Identify gaps in instructional design artifacts, work to drive clarity and closure
- Hands-on development and scripting work in Articulate Storyline 360
- Ability to understand instructional design artifacts and translate them into Articulate Storyline code
- Provide visual and design critiques to improve the usability and learning experience of course content
- Responsible for designing and developing engaging, learner-centered eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Storyline and other content-authoring tools
- Create a unique course design concept, for every course, without the use of templates
- Perform full quality checks and testing of eLearning courses in the LMS environment
- Collaborate with instructional designers, vendors, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and expected outcomes for the development and update of learning experiences
- Assist contractors and vendors in their course development
- Serve as a resource and expert for graphic design and multimedia development for all team initiatives
- Translate complex, technical topics into engaging and accessible online content through user interfaces, graphics, illustrations, animations, video, and/or simulations for e-learning courseware
- Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and theories to the development of course activities and interactions
- Ensure all courses adhere to development standards and update existing courses as needed to bring them into alignment with standards
- Develop and test innovative prototypes for eLearning development tools and methodologies
- Work with cross-functional team members to ensure team success and deliver value
- Basic video editing skills and Vyond animation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Proficiency in multimedia software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards.
- A portfolio showcasing your eLearning projects is highly desirable.
- 80% English proficiency
