Electical Expert

1. 5 years Experience, including 3 years in Electrical Maintenance area

2. Knowledge of Electrical Engineering / HVAC

1. Control maintenance cost by maximize spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing.

2. Plan and implement maintenance & repair strategy covering electrical to support continuity of production

3. Establish procedures and standards to minimize downtime.

4. Ensure planning equipment testing & calibration, modification & installations, equipment trials for modifications, availability of all spare machinery material and manpower to ensure maintenance equipments.

5. Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research, and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.
