What We Are Looking For
We are scouting for co-founders ready to revolutionize the electric vehicle (EV) industry. If you're a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, software developer, or an expert in electric mobility, we want to hear from you!
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven Experience: A track record of developing EV technologies, whether in vehicle design, battery systems, charging infrastructure, or sustainable energy solutions that address real-world transportation challenges.
- Strong Technical Expertise: Proficiency in electric vehicle development, including vehicle design, battery management systems (BMS), electric drivetrains, and smart mobility systems. Experience with energy storage or power management technologies is a plus.
- A Track Record of Success: Experience in building or scaling tech products or services in the EV or clean energy sector. Previous startup experience in the mobility or automotive industry is an advantage.
- Visionary Mindset: The ability to conceptualize and execute transformative ideas that can drive the adoption of electric vehicles, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.
- Ambition to Lead a Startup: You should be driven to take ownership, make strategic decisions, and leverage your expertise to create a high-growth EV business that can shape the future of clean transportation.
