As Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you need to :
- Perform machine maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule
- Perform new project installation in accordance with the schedule and changes/modifications to the machine to ensure production machine readiness.
- Perform repairs on damaged or disrupted machines to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform all activities based on 5R, GMP and HSE standardization.
- Perform supervision function to all Plant Technicians
- Make improvements to increase machine productivity
Qualifications that need to this position :
- Minimum education D3 / S1 in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Have experience as a technician for at least 3 years or 1 year as a technical supervisor
- Have experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage
- Mastering weak current and strong current and mastering PLC machines
- Understand electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and piping systems.
- Understand the AMDK process and have experience in AMDK
- Able to perform preventive maintenance, control downtime and increase machine productivity
- Have good leadership skills, communicative, and a good problem solver.
- Dynamic spirit, love challenges and able to work accurately, quickly and precisely
