We are experiencing an issue where emails sent to a specific address are being auto-forwarded to an unintended recipient. We need a freelancer with expertise in email server management, DNS records, and email client configurations to investigate and resolve this issue.
Requirements:
- Experience with email server administration (e.g., cPanel, Webmail, Microsoft Exchange)
- Knowledge of DNS records management, including SPF, DKIM, and MX records
- Ability to troubleshoot email forwarding rules and configurations in webmail and email clients
- Familiarity with cloud-based email solutions (e.g., iCoremail, Gmail)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the cause of the auto-forwarding issue and provide a solution
