Email Server and DNS Configuration Specialist Needed

We are experiencing an issue where emails sent to a specific address are being auto-forwarded to an unintended recipient. We need a freelancer with expertise in email server management, DNS records, and email client configurations to investigate and resolve this issue.

Requirements:

• Experience with email server administration (e.g., cPanel, Webmail, Microsoft Exchange)
• Knowledge of DNS records management, including SPF, DKIM, and MX records
• Ability to troubleshoot email forwarding rules and configurations in webmail and email clients
• Familiarity with cloud-based email solutions (e.g., iCoremail, Gmail)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose the cause of the auto-forwarding issue and provide a solution
• Check for and modify any existing email forwarding rules on the server or client-side
• Review and correct DNS records if necessary
• Test the email flow to ensure the issue is resolved

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with iCoremail or similar email services
• Experience with cPanel and advanced email configurations
