Summary of the Job :
The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in handling movement and endorsement requests from clients, managing invoicing processes, and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position also involves working closely with internal teams to maintain effective communication and providing essential administrative and operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process movement/endorsement requests from clients via portal dashboard and email and coordinate with insurance partners.
- Handle invoicing processes, including issuing debit and credit notes.
- Ensure movement, endorsement, and invoicing processes are completed according to standard procedures and within SLA timelines.
- Distribute hard copies of insurance policies and cards to clients.
- Foster positive relationships with the Customer Success, Sales Team, and Insurance Partners through open communication and collaboration.
- Assist the Customer Success Associate Team and Leader with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, finance, operations, or insurance support, especially with movement/endorsement and invoicing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and project management dashboard tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with a willingness to gain detailed knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry is preferred.
