Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer brand perception.
• Create compelling employer branding content for various platforms.
• Manage employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to align employer branding with company values and culture.
• Analyze employer brand metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related areas.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
