Responsibilities:
Consult with line management and provide assistance to business unit leaders
Analyze trends and metrics with Business Unit Leaders
Resolve complex employee-related/experience issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify training needs for teams and individuals
Evaluate training programs
Suggest new strategies in managing team & employee engagement
Requirements & Skills:
Having experiences in HR related fields
Great people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
BA/BS degree in Psychology or related field
