Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office application / Google Workspace, especially Excel / Sheet.
Proven experience in customer service, event coordination, or engagement support roles.
Good communication skills with positive attitude and confidence in interacting with different types of stakeholders i.e., internal team and external partners.
Proficient in English can be an advantage.
Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and stakeholders.
