Our Client:
Our client is one of the growing Industrial Gases manufacturing MNC based in Japan. They are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to work as an Engineer, Supply Engineering for their regional HQ in Singapore. This position will support the Asia and Oceania region.
The Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional team to support developments of proposal for various engineering projects within group companies
- Review and provide inputs on technical aspects, feasibility and alignment with company objectives, best practices, and standards
- Regularly liaise with assigned project leaders in group companies to gather updates, identify challenges and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Explore new collaborations with well-established vendors globally while concurrently assessing existing equipment manufacturers to ensure the necessary support for projects and proposals
- Organize and facilitate engineering programs for the group companies, fostering continuous learning and professional development
- Collaborate with safety and productivity teams to identify areas for continuous improvement in safety measures and operational efficiency
- Regularly communicate and present to key stakeholders and Group Engineering on proposal development, project progress, engineering programs, safety measures and other collaborative improvement initiatives
Requirements
The Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience on Plant Process in Gas Industry
- Ability to work independently and result-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in AutoCAD software
- Willing to travel
