Engineering Kitchen Technician to bring their energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable service and party experiences for our guests.

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.
- Location: Bali, Indonesia
Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and food processors
- Identifying mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and taking corrective actions
Assembling components, connecting utilities (such as gas, water, and electricity), and testing to ensure proper functionality- Cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts as needed
Ensuring that all kitchen equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment inventory
Responding promptly to emergency situations such as equipment failures during operational hours- Assisting in equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency, energy conservation, or functionality based on kitchen operational needs
Working closely with other members of the engineering or maintenance team, as well as kitchen staff and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding equipment issues
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Kitchen Technician or similar role
Have knowledge of refrigeration (Chiller/Freezer)- Understand electrical & mechanical work
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Understand panel components (Relays, etc.)
Honest, disciplined, and responsible- Able to work under pressure & tentative
