Develop and manage the engineering departments budget.- Ensure cost-effective use of resources and materials.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.) or a related field.
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience.
- At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools relevant to the industry.- Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
