Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing software development projects, and leading integration efforts. The Engineering Manager will also be involved in project management and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software projects.
- Setting and enforcing software development best practices, standards, and processes within the team.
- Collaborating with other cross-functional teams, such as product management, design, and QA, to prioritize and plan software development projects.
- Providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and setting goals for team members.
- Identifying and addressing technical and organizational challenges that may impede the team's progress and success.
- Working with senior leadership to define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the team and the broader organization.
- Collaborating with recruiting and HR teams to hire top talent and build a high-performing engineering team.
- Monitoring and managing the team's budget, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
