Minimum 10 Years experience in Strategic Mine Planning role (Mine Optimization, Life Of Mine (LOM), Cost Evaluation, Reserves estimation, Financial Modelling & Mine detail design)
Expert to operate Mining software (preferred Minex software expert), have a broad experience in Mine Operation & Business Process Improvement
Must be CPI / have CP certificate for ACB (Ahli Estimasi Cadangan Batubara),
Good strategic thinking, analytical skill, logical thinking and detail oriented,
Good communication and presentation skills, Good Reporting Skill,
Willing to travel to all sites if necessary.

Responsibilities
Developing LOM plan to be optimized the end-to-end process for the Asset, represented by the Mine to Market value chain
Developing & evaluate Strategic Options Analysis (SOA) report (At a high level, the impacts on the value of all the various strategic decisions that the company can make)
Provide clear direction for the Life of Mine Plan (LOM) , 5 Year Planning & 1 Year Planning process
Undertake Pit Optimizations , Mine Design & Mine Scheduling work
Completion of updated mine reserves report annually or at the completion of exploration of major resources updates as Competent Person for Reserves estimation
Update the long-term plans and schedule reconciliation commencing remain reserved beyond 5 Years plan and associated analyzes update economic
Identify the management actions to move toward the full asset value potential, in particular actions to progress projects and to preserve options.
Identify key risks and opportunities and describe their associated management plans
Investigate cost and production data to identify opportunities to reduce underlying operating cost across business support and Coal mine operation
Undertake Value driver & Cost Variance analysis
Drive the cost reduction initiatives & margin improvement opportunities at the operations through value addition and cost reduction including coordinating trials and implementation in conjunction with department managers
Facilitate report for multi-stakeholder engagement and understanding in the planning environment
