Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and technical operations at Bambootel Sawah View. The role involves supervising the engineering team, ensuring all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are well-maintained, and coordinating repairs to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, strong leadership skills, and 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
