Team Management:- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support to the engineering team.
- Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices within the engineering team.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools required for projects.- Optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and technical manuals.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). A Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.- Proven track record of managing and completing engineering projects successfully.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the specific engineering discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).- Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project).
