Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver captivating lectures on English language, literature, and related subjects.
Design course materials, including handouts, assignments, and presentations.- Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, discussion, and active participation.
Evaluate student progress through exams, essays, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and research in English language and literature.
Maintain office hours to provide students with individualized support and guidance.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.
Master's degree in English Literature, English Language Studies, or a closely related field.- Minimum of two years of experience teaching English at the college level.
Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
