Job Description
As a Lecturer, I will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in my area of expertise. I will contribute to the academic development of students through effective teaching, curriculum design, assessment, and pastoral care. Provide pastoral care and support to students, including academic guidance and mentoring.
Refer students to support services as needed (e.g., counseling, disability services).
5.Research and Scholarship:
Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and conference presentations.
Contribute to the academic community through collaborations and knowledge exchange.
6.Administration and Professional Development:
Undertake administrative tasks related to teaching, such as attendance recording and exam setting.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other institutional activities.
