ERP Technical will report to Oracle Functional
The ERP Technical is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Taman Safari Indonesia ERP systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the ERP system supports business processes and goals effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to meet ERP needs.
- Maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Implement system enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by ERP systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software, especially Oracle NetSuite.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is preferred.
