Job Qualification
Education: Minimum bachelors degree in Mechanical/Industrial/IT from a reputable University
Working experience:
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/education/services companies as QA/Production/HR or other similar position in various industries, such as manufacturing, learning or education services.
Minimum 3 years as lead tutor or tutor at least for any management systems, especially QHSE MS.
Technical qualification:
Minimum 3 years qualified as IRCA and BSI Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or OHSAS, ISO 27001, ISO 37001,
Minimum 4 years qualified as IRCA and BSI lead tutor for ISO ISO 9001, ISO 45001 or OHSAS, ISO 27001, ISO 37001
understood training service delivery guidelines,
Other qualification:
Language: English, verbal and written
Verbal communication as well as written communication skill
Presentation and tutorial skill as trainer
Deep knowledge in ICT, gadgets and application
Coaching and supervisory skill
Interpersonal skill (self-motivated, assertive, professional, team player)
Main Role
To deliver public training courses and in-house training solutions in highly specialist areas to the BSI standards of excellence, in order to develop knowledge and skills.
Deliver BSI training courses in highly specialist areas in a manner that ensures that value is added to customers and their business/ organization.
Inform and update customers of BSI services to ensure their needs are met during training sessions.
Provide delegates with information on how the training is aligned to the overall customer journey with BSI to raise customer awareness.
Deliver excellent training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders to continually enhance the reputation and perception of BSI.
Provide feedback to support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process.
Provide assistance with the design of training solutions (E.g. classroom, electronic, correspondence, mentoring, coaching) to improve the quality and range of the training offered.
Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant highly specialized disciplines to keep up to date in own area of expertise. Proactively engage with peers and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the BSI standards of excellence for training delivery. Develop and maintain competency required.
Develop new training solution to any specific request.
Be as technical reference/advisor for training service delivery issues.
