Job Description Summary :

Coordinates the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for growing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities :

• Handle the pick & place machine.
• Supervise a group of technician.
• Implement Preventive / Predictive maintenance program.
• Be constantly on the lookout for new equipment suppliers / new technology and capability.
• Evaluate new risks identified with new products and provide engineering solutions and train workforce if necessary.
• Establish indirect spare inventory system for key equipment
• Maintain a matrix on equipment capabilities and constraints
• Basic knowledge on DEK, SPI, Pick and Place, Reflow and AOI
• Engineer who know the KNS Assemble machines will be the advantage

Qualification :

• Looking for Bachelor Engineering (preferred Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
