Role Description

This is a full-time Estimator role located on-site in Makassar. As an Estimator at MARUPA, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control. You will play a key role in shaping the financial aspects of our exceptional spaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project cost estimation and calculate the volume if the BoQ/RAB
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
