Possess a minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related scientific fields.
Have a maximum of 5 years experience in the same or related field.
Competent in performing calculations, planning and reviewing project work, as well as reading construction drawings and calculating RAB and making RKS.
Proficient in cost analysis and scheduling, and have a good understanding of construction and development techniques.
Up-to-date with developments in the prices of materials, wages, and tools.
Have a strong grasp of the work picture.
Proficiency in operating a computer, particularly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Autocad software, is a must.
