About the role
An Event/BTL (Below The Line) coordinator will mostly work on Pinhomes activation plans. They will be involved throughout the planning to execution, establishing brand awareness and seamless offline-to-online journey for the Pinhome products / services from brokerage, mortgage to home services.
The role will also involve collaborating and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and execution throughout each BTL activity.
What You Will Do
Planning
Collect and solicit data with relevant stakeholders to create BTL activation strategy based on overall marketing strategy
Planning the strategy includes but is not limited to navigating and mapping the appropriate activity / task in focus areas
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to make necessary arrangements pre-, during and post-activation (i.e. events)
Putting utmost attention to coordination regarding creatives / messaging to ensure an excellent look during offline events / placements
Setting up a strong network of external vendors that will help assist in each project / task
Defining key guidelines for activity / project execution in accordance to brief and expected key results
Execution
Performing on-site survey to potential locations appropriate for executions of relevant activity / event
Carrying out both on- and off-site supervision to ensure excellent setup and teardown with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring performance in adherence to brief and expected key results
Reporting
Create project wrap-up and evaluate key results (qualitative & quantitative)
Analyze takeaways from the report and connect trends for future planning & improvements
Seek and maintain strong network of external vendors to identify possibilities of future collaborations
What You Will Need
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication or degrees alike
2+ years of working experience in project management, event organizing and strategy planning
Professional background in marketing communication agencies or alike
Outstanding professional communication skills
Strategic decision making
