Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the client's requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.
  • Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has experience 1 year in event planning, event liaison, event coordinator or related field
  • Previous experience handling artist is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong organization, problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Fluent in English
