Details:1) Event Logistics Management
Support COO to reach monthly, quarterly and yearly targets set through events, training
and programs.
Work cross functionally with operations, designers, technical teams for all event
deliverables to ensure success on the day.
Venue selection and hotel contracting; vendor assessment, selection, negotiation and
management; and tracking, revising, and reconciliation for revenue collection.
Coordinate logistics including assembling certain materials if required and managing the
inventory to prepare the event materials, shipping to and from events, onsite setup and
teardown.
To oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials in the office and control
the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure we receive
products on time.
Run live events efficiently, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage virtual events from the studio, including setup, execution, and technical support
Oversee all pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities to ensure everything runs
smoothly.
Generate reports before, during and sales report after event.
Liaising with event organisers or any stakeholders on all matters related to events.
2) Customer Support
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Support customers with event-related queries and ensure their satisfaction.
3) Community Management and Growth
Manage and grow the event community through engagement and interaction.
Develop strategies to increase community participation and retention.
Foster a sense of community among event participants and stakeholders.
Proven experience in event planning and management, both virtual and physical. Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational, detail oriented and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Technical proficiency in managing virtual event platforms and studio equipment.
Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and support.
Ability to write and design emails and social media posts for events.
Organized while meeting tight deadlines under pressure and driving teams.

3) Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
(preferred).
Certification in Event Planning or Management (preferred).
4) Technical Requirements
Proficiency in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Good knowledge with Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive
Familiarity with event management software, email management and CRM tools.
Ability to handle AV equipment and manage technical aspects of virtual events.
Available to travel for week-long periods about three to five times per year and lift heavy
things.
