The Client is a Global Internet Company that's in the Entertainment Streaming Space and a recognizable name across the world. They are looking for an established Events Specialist to develop and execute Virtual and Onsite Events across SEA for various audiences.
THIS IS A 1-YEAR Contract position subject to extension or potential conversion based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Produce creative and well-executed events that are consumer and press-centric, adhering to the organization's standards.
- Lead meeting planning and preparation, working collaboratively with various departments to establish best practices.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams for efficient event execution.
- Assist in managing meeting schedules, facilitation, and documentation, including coordination of audiovisual needs.
- Update various lists and documents, coordinate the invite process, and manage creative and screening asset requests.
- Support in planning, managing, and executing press junkets, title premieres, fan engagements, and internal employee-facing events.
- Introduce new ideas and experiment with the latest tools and technologies to elevate events into unique experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experiential marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to exercise sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
- Quick adaptability and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
- Strong budget and time management skills, working effectively within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication skills.
