Candidate Expectation:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event and Community Specialist to join our growing team at ONPOINT Indonesia. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging events, fostering a sense of community among our users, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and organize events, ranging from product launches to community fitness gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for participants.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage event budgets.
Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and community gatherings, effectively communicating our values and product benefits to potential customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sports and fitness culture.
Proven experience in event planning, community management, or related roles.
Min 3 years experience in related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, Open mindset, Hard and smart work, team-work manner.
actively as sport enthusiast is preferrable (Running/Cycling/Swimming)
