Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Everest and clients, ensuring professional communication and service.
- Engage in all client communication through various platforms.
- Identify client needs and tailor services to exceed expectations.
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Inspire and lead a team of Operators and Agents.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
Project Management:
- Oversee complex client projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize digital tools to streamline project management and communications.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of tasks and provide strategic insights.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced organizational and time management skills.
- High proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in virtual or in-person executive assistant roles is a plus.
- Availability during regular EST/PST business hours.

Compensation:
