Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Region Head. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and recruitment management support to the Region Head on a daily basis. This includes liasing with sales management team, recruitment tasks, preparing reports, and overall assistance to the Region Head . The position is located at a premiere address in Makati City, Metro Manila.

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent communicaition & organizational skills
• Experience in handling various reports
• Strong executive support skills
• MS Office & Google Application proficiencies
• Work flexibility and initiative
