We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our President Director. You will manage schedules, correspondence, travel, and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Job Description:
- Arrange and maintain the President Director's meetings to ensure they are on time and properly equipped, and handle meeting minutes.
- Handle all necessary correspondence, including visa-related documents and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all emails to/from the President Director meet standards.
- Prepare and coordinate Sales and Marketing events with other departments.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the President Director.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency is a must, max 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in following up and updating without reminders.
- Calm and confident, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible with travel and hours when needed.
