Every day is different, but youll mostly be:
Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
Directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team capable of catering to more than 500 people
Encouraging and addressing guest feedback
Helping our Food and Beverage Director plan events
Working closely with the finance team to forecast, plan and budget
Here's a polished version of your requirements:
What Were Looking For:
A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts
At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, or a similar combination of education and experience in culinary/kitchen operations
Experience with large banqueting and wedding events in a luxury hotel setting
Experience in Southeast Asia is a plus
Strong communication skills with both team members and guests
