- Culinary Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations in all outlets inside the golf course
- Menu Innovation: Design and implement seasonal and creative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends while catering to the diverse preferences of our guests. Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Manage kitchen budgets, control food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, efficiency and effectiveness, and monitor HACCP and PRPS to ensure procedures are properly carried out.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with the services team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
