Executive Housekeeper will report to General Manager.
This position will be responsible to oversee and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, gardener, pool, and laundry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping tasks, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
- Establish and enforce high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in all areas of the hotel and resort.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality control measures.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective budget control measures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least a Diploma or equivalent in a related field (Hospitality or Tourism)
- 3 years of work experience in Executive Housekeeper will be preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaning products.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in English and computer literacy
- Energetic & well groomed
- Detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java Area
