What will I be doing
As the Executive Floor Agent, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Participate in all operational aspects of the Executive Club, supervising the activities of the Club Floor and Guest Service associates to maintain the highest standards of personalized service to all guests.
Meet and escort VIPs and special guests to ensure that they are given due recognition and importance.
Assign rooms according to reservations, guest histories, guest requests and conduct room inspections to ensure total guest comfort.
Make courtesy call and record all suggestion, complaints and compliments from guest in the logbook to ensure guest satisfaction.
Closely monitor the on-day Executive Clubs current room status and reservation for the board room in order not to fail guests requests.
Be alert of any unusual incidents or strangers and report to the Guest Service Manager or Security to ensure guests safety and privacy.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Club.
Provide training to subordinates and new recruits to ensure their performance meet service standards.
Follow-up on other tasks assigned by your superior.
