Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tumbak Bayuh, Canggu, Bali for an Executive Personal Assistant/ office admin. The person will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties.
Responsibilities :
1. Administration jobs, perform administrative and office support such as typing, spreadsheet creation and maintain of filling system.
2. Manage the director daily calendars, including schedule meetings, confirming appointments
3. Sourcing and dealing with supplier
4. Responsible for incoming inquiries that came from Company's IG, FB, website and business number
5. Managing company's corresponds with the existing client or new potential client (email and WhatsApp group)
6. Arranging personal things for thedirector (flightbooking, hotel booking, doctor's appointment, etc)
7. Control and supervise as Office Support. Such as maintaining inventory on supplies, maintaining files, office equipment, organize office and assist associates
8. Welcoming visitor, Assist client and associates during Offline Meeting
