Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage departmental correspondence, including drafting and proofreading letters, emails, and other documents;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for departmental staff;
  • Prepare and organize departmental reports, presentations, and other materials;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses for departmental staff;
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client needs are met;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, preferable in Hospitality, Secretary, Management;
  • Proven experience with at least 5 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines;
  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation;
  • Good English & Chinese both spoken and written
