Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef with Western and Asian cuisine background
  • A diploma Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant manager in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of bar, restaurant, in-room dining, banquet trends and best practices
  • Have a good knowledge of food hygiene standard and familiar with HACCP
  • Good computer literate (Familiar in using Microsoft Excel, Word & power point)
  • Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skill
