- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Knowledge of student support services, academic advising, and enrollment management.
- Familiarity with student information systems and technology used in higher education settings.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in student services.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student services and operations.
- Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures related to student services.
