Job Summary: As a Booth Exhibition Contractor Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our booth design services, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling proposals and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our booth designs. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings, and design innovative campaigns to attract new clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through networking, prospecting, and effective communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaboration and Proposal Development: Work closely with our creative team to develop unique and compelling proposals that align with client objectives. Ensure that all proposals reflect the high standards of our brand and meet the specific needs of each client.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present and sell our services.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Use this knowledge to adjust marketing strategies and improve our competitive edge.
- Digital Marketing Integration: Familiarize yourself with digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance outreach and engagement with potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the exhibition or events industry.
- - Experiences in handling exhibition booth construction sales is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
