QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in any major
Min. 3 years of Working Experience in the Same Position as Operational Manager- Have Experience in Shopping Centers, Retail Warehouses, and or as Manager Event
Have Experience and Knowledge about Event / Exhibition Setting Up
- Have Knowledge of Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) and Handling Bonded Warehouse from Customs is an Advantage
Have Experience Coordinating with Government Agencies Related to Licensing Processing- Good Understanding of Import Process, Warehousing, and Inventory
Have Good Administration and Negotiation Skills
- Have Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with Business English proficiency for office use, Mandarin will be an Advantage
Able to Operate Microsoft Office
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Operations & Warehouse activities.
Create and Set Sales Targets, KPIs, Work Schedules, Regulations, and Procedures by Company Provisions.
- Create the Operational Budget, Analyse, Control, and Monitor the Operational Costs
Design Strategies for Smooth Running and Evaluate the ordering process while looking for Ways to Improve and Enhance the quality of purchased products and the timeliness of delivery- Lead HR in the Operational & Warehouse area to be Effective and Efficient
Run and Improve SOP from Operations and Warehouses
- Create Weekly & Monthly Reports on Operational Progress and Targets
* Achieve Targeted KPI's
