About this Position:
As an Expansion /Business Development Leader and you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's turnover and profit growth. As a key contributor, you will be entrusted with building and updating the city's 2-year development plan, gaining validation from city leaders. Your responsibilities extend to prospecting and acquiring sites for store openings, reshaping, and relocations. Coordination with project teams to ensure project feasibility, obtaining internal authorizations, and assuming the role of project leader until successful delivery to the store team will be essential aspects of your role.
Responsibilities:
- A key role in the company turnover and profit growth
- Building up city vision and updating city 2 years development plan, validated by city
- leader
- Prospecting and acquiring sites for opening, reshaping, and relocation of stores
- Coordinating project team to work out project feasibility
- Obtaining the internal authorization to carry out the operations
- Being responsible as project leader until delivery to store team
- Lift time managing leasing contracts to consistently optimize contract terms
- Promoting the customer business by external network enabling
Requirements:
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and synthesis skills
- Ability to produce, understand and effectively use user and market insights & build visions, strategies and execution briefing
- Relationship management, verbal and written communication, networking and negotiation
- Leadership, management and collaboration with the ability to effectively maintain positive working relationships with in- and external stakeholders
- Critical thinking enabling new ideas, new approaches and new solutions with decision-making skills and the determination to see the project through the end
- Real estate, retail, sports and related service market landscape and trends
- Market macroeconomics, geomarketing, portfolio management
- Framework Vision Development tool & project management or change management
- Real estate strategies, Business development initiatives and developing implementation roadmaps
- The job location will be in Jabodetabek but you may be required to travel
