Responsibilities:

Work with department heads to understand recruitment needs and develop corresponding recruitment plans.
Candidate Search and Assessment:
Use various channels (such as recruitment websites, social media, headhunters, etc.) to search for candidates.
Evaluate candidates resumes and backgrounds for initial screening.
Participate in employer brand building:
Job requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, with manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
Skills:
Familiar with recruitment processes and technology, with excellent candidate search and assessment capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with people at different levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Chinese as working language.
