The ideal candidate will provide for senior leaders. They should be well-organized and familiar in scheduling meetings and responding to emails. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help Senior Executive Assistant with any necessary meeting preparations such as data analysis, presentation preparation etc.
Job Requirements
- Maintaining schedule and arranging appointments.
- Scheduling and attending the meetings, taking minutes and recording meetings.
- Administrative tasks.
- Assist with presentations and reports.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Arranging travel and accommodations.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Secretary or Management or similar with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Have 1-2 years in Secretary/Executive Assistant/Administration Staff or related field in filing, administration or general secretarial duties.
- Advance skill with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication in English, both writing and speaking, is preferred.
