Job Description:
Checking Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) (checking BM Duty, VAT, PPh 22, Custom Rate) - PIB Draft Will Be Issued By Forwarder
Checking PIB Documents (invoice, PL, BL, And Other Related Documents) From Supplier
Creating Delivery Schedules And Coordinating With The Forwarder Regarding The Delivery
Doing Cost Calculations For The Purchased Goods (to Calculate The Appropriate Selling Price)
Filing And Preparing Tax And Customs Documents
Handling Custom Audits
Job Requirements:
Proven experience (2-3 years) in handling export-import matters in the food trading industry
Experience handling custom audits
Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented
Good logical skills and is good at mathematics
Min. high conversational level of English
Proficiency in Ms. Office
