Job Deskripsi
Assist in the creation, analysis, and implementation of various report data sets, including supplier, purchase order, invoice, and contract data.
Monitor inbound and outbound processes to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure high-quality execution of all routine purchasing duties and administrative tasks.
Maintain updated purchasing records, data, and pricing information within the system.
Prepare detailed reports as required.
Provide support to relevant departments by offering quotations for cost calculations and project planning.
Coordinate with shippers to monitor importing documents.
Track incoming shipments by liaising with forwarding companies.
Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders and related documents in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Identify and address aging registrations, following up to ensure prompt receipt of necessary information.

Deskripsi Persyaratan
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills.
Proficient in using systems, including the Microsoft Office suite, with the capability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
