Shipment Coordination and Documentation
- Organize schedules, track shipments, and prepare export-import documents.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with trade and customs regulations and prepare customs documents.
Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Negotiate with forwarders, customs agents, and communicate with international suppliers and customers.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and plan stock of import-export related goods.
Claims and Problem Handling
- Handle shipping issues, damaged goods, and insurance claims.
Reporting and Data Administration
- Prepare reports on export-import activities, manage document archives, and enter and verify data in the system.
Process Improvement and Customer Support
- Improve the efficiency of the export-import process, implement new policies, and provide support and information to customers.
Professional Development
- Update knowledge of trade regulations and the latest technology.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Business Administration.
- At least 1 year to 3 years of experience in Export-Import/Logistics field.
- Must be able to speak English, if you can speak Mandarin, it is preferred.
