The ideal candidates will do several tasks:- Oversee and coordinate daily export/import operations, ensuring document accuracy and compliance
- Monitor work order progress, communicate with customers, and resolve operational issues
- Manage trucking logistics
- Handle additional tasks as needed. Experience in cross-trade and US trade lanes preferred

- Candidate possess in any Bachelor field (preferably in Transportation, Logistic/Supply Chain Management)
0-1 year experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome- Understand and ensure the implementation of all the regulation for Export & Import
Understand the workings of the PIB or PEB module and BC 23 reports
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with clients
Required skills: Initiative, Coordination Skill, Negotiation Skill, Customer Service and Relation Management.
