Job Description:
To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieveservice excellence.
Responsibilities:
- To process all export and import jobs following the right system and procedure
- To ensure zero error, zero delays and to maximize productivity
- To prepare export/import reports
- To maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications
- To ensure compliance to PSA BDP Code of Conduct and local regulations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess min 2 years experiences in freight forwarding and/or logistics business
- Min Diploma Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Meticulous and good with details
- Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
- Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
