Job Description:
To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieve service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately to achieve excellent service and create the PSA BDP Experience
- Verify all export and import jobs are meets customer's target.
- Supervise export and import staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded.
- Maintain good professional relationship with customers, shipping company or co-loader
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess min 2-3 years experiences in freight forwarding and/or logistics business in the same position or senior staff level.
- Min Diploma Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Meticulous and good with details
- Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
- Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
